I live in Germany, and they are pretty harsh when it comes to downloading.
I opened this up while browsing HN without knowing what it was....
- Udo 3y agoI'm in Germany as well. You're fine. You didn't download anything, and more importantly, didn't UPLOAD anything. Accessing this index site is not fundamentally different from using any other search engine.
