This is why I completely reinstalled my Win10 after multiple attempts to get rid of MSFT and O365 telemetry and bloatware. In the new install I used O&O Shutup and other debloaters and completely wiped out MSFT bloatware (apart from Edge who is now built into the system and it's impossible to get rid of because MSFT ..). Now I use O365 Web and it's more than enough for my use case.
