Trust is a reasonable ask. Shocked me at first when my employer in the US, coming from France where doctor's notes are mandatory, didn't give a fuck because they trusted me.
- Leherenn 3y agoI guess the difference is that in the US you can just fire someone if you suspect them of breaking your trust, whereas in France you would need a long process and paper trail with medium confidence of actually being able to go through.
