Absolutely going to need much better battery tech for long haul trucking, rural living, and seasons. Having said that, the current gen Rav4 Prime PHEV is especially a 90/10 split between fuel types. It can net pretty dramatic emissions cuts. I can imagine when it’s 80/20 for ~80-100 miles per charge it’ll be near total.
