  No. Some organisations go to great lengths to try to narrow down what counts as "misinformation". But it's tricky: the campaigns they're trying to protect against are usually politically-motivated, and international regional politics is a fast-changing field, and any policy you put in place will be immediately gamed. It's like SEO, but with more lying.
