Are all the 7.6k digital nomads or can they be local remote workers? Given Nomad List's target audience, I think they mean digital nomads from outside Colombia. It's also very likely that the actual numbers are higher – I have met plenty of nomads in Medellín but, like me, many were not using Nomad List.
