Corus Entertainment is owned by the Shaws (along with Shaw Cable, which is now Rogers). They run YTV, HGTV, TÉLÉTOON, etc… Québecor Media is majority owned by Pierre Péladeau. They operate Videotron, Freedom Mobile, and others.
