Section 230. These lawsuits have zero merit until regulations change.
- baby-yoda 3y agoSection 230 protects against liability from user generated content. My understanding is the school is alleging the platforms operate in purposefully addictive and damaging behavior. IANAL of course but it sounds like the actions of the platform itself would be clearly outside of S230.
