I had the same problem for decades. ChatGPT helps me bridge the gap between my goals and my skills. Also, pick one thing to learn at a time and earn an industry certification in it (on your own time.) I'm studying for an Adobe Certified Professional certification in Premier Pro so I can prove I am good at video editing.
