Orange Juice with ice I'd agree with. But milk maybe on paper, I am not the one to counter data with anecdotals, but at least for me milk leaves my mouth completely stinky and dirty and also dry. I never feel more dehydrated in the mouth than after drinking milk (warm or cold doesn't matter). On the contrary Cold sparkling water with lemon after brushing my teeth is the most hydrated I ever feel
