Isn't this a good thing. Yes - rich folks can pay for prep. But at least the not so rich folks know "what" to pay for and can try to plan for it early on. As much as I hate standardized tests, I hate opaque arbitrary subjective decision making by random gatekeepers with vested interests and biases.
