Ask HN: Does anyone just use Apple Developer account to build household apps?

I learnt SwiftUI about 2 years back during the pandemic and honest to god its wonderful for someone who doesn't enjoy UI (infra engineer). Lately I've been using my apple developer account to just build apps that are perpetually on TestFlight but used by my household for daily book-keeping. I'm wondering if there are others who do this too ? I get to spin up my own DB, API and make sure I don't punch in data anywhere else. Some examples of household apps that I built are budget app, household reminder app (things like change air filter etc), grocery list, meal planning etc. With ChatGPT, its getting more easier to produce these too now.
