This is very much unexplored and unsettled territory in most jurisdictions, both judicially and legislatively. I would refrain from making such authoritative statements for now.
- bryanrasmussen 3y agoI guess you're right, although I do expect most jurisdictions to fall in line with the US copyright office ruling, as it would be problematic if they did not.
