It's "we slashed benefits, we flat-lined the pay, the hours are a nightmare, and then when no one wants the job, obviously blame the retirees."
Capital often attempts to distort the market with a press release about "no one to do this job." Welcome to capitalism, capitalists.
- vba616 3y ago>Welcome to capitalism, capitalists. This is a little strained. Government agencies are having basically the same discussions right now. It's a fact that the last few years caused many retirements to be pulled forward, leading to a crunch to fill vacancies everywhere.
