- valianteffort 3y agoI remember reading about how the starlink team wasn't making sufficient progress a few years ago so Elon flew out to seattle, fired the entire leadership, and flew back.
- fragmede 3y agoProps to him for doing that in person and not over Zoom.
- Timon3 3y agoI think I'd prefer that to the lie "noo, the layoffs are over, you're safe!". Can't imagine how personally taxing those many, many waves were for all the workers, especially when being asked to fly through the whole country on impossibly short notice. Feels like a legal way for sadists to get their hit.
