may i ask how you guys avoid getting banned or sued by google?

  In the US, you are allowed to scrape public pages. Like Google itself does.

      It does partially as this could explain why they don't get sued. I'm curious how they don't get banned though.

  Job page mentions "Experience in [..] Proxies, CAPTCHA solving, or Browser tech is a plus" – so I guess that answers your question.
