This is a question that is valid for any open source / free software project too. Or any software project, really, source available or not. In the end, it's hard work to actually enforce any license and can cost a lot of time, energy and money. That said, I would trust any OSI or FSF-approved license, they've been reviewed by a lot of people including lawyers. but this one does not seem very solid.
