This doesn’t pass the smell test for me. Something has changed. Maybe the model hasn’t changed, but something somewhere is making output worse. I’m honestly more concerned if OpenAI doesn’t even realize it. Nothing is more infuriating as a user than convincing the developer your bug actually does exist. It speaks to poor monitoring, testing, and tooling.
