Why not have each user register their own "client"? Is it that complicated?
- deely3 3y agoBecause this way each client should be registered in Reddit backend.
- busymom0 3y agoTechnically that could be done. Each user could create a client ID and then input that in the app and then the app could use it to make requests. But I doubt Reddit will be happy about that and will quickly send a cease and desist to the developer and ban those users.
