What interests me is why the developers originally thought that interposing a DataView() was a speed improvement, and why the benchmark results at https://github.com/nodejs/performance/issues/2 https://github.com/nodejs/performance/issues/2 are at odds with the author's benchmarks in the headlined article.
- Thorrez 3y agoThat link seems to be doing a bunch of writes on the same buffer, but in the blog it's just doing a single write on each buffer.
