Easy Migration from Heroku to Control Plane

Control Plane provides more compute power at a much lower cost than Heroku especially given it not only auto-scales but also uses AI to only charge for CPU and memory used, NOT allocated. At HiChee.com, we lowered our computing costs by 2/3 while improving performance. The guidebook and cpl gem make this EASY.
