I thought that too. But it's because fidelity owns a small part of it and so they have to periodically estimate it's value. That's where the number comes from.

I thought that too. But it's because fidelity owns a small part of it and so they have to periodically estimate it's value. That's where the number comes from.
However, since there isn't a liquid market for it, the valuations have a lot less meaning (probably almost none).
