I'd be interested in the legal argument that by sharing their media in this way, the rights holders are authorizing the download.
- boomboomsubban 3y agoIf it's a problem at all, it seems like they could easily bypass it by only offering a couple chunks rather than the whole file.
- rightbyte 3y agoYou can offer 0 chunks and still see the seeders, right? How would you otherwise start leeching.
