The problem in the West atm is the division between who is allowed to have rights depending on what "side" you are on. Are you allowed to opt-out of the Az or J&J covid vaccine? (Denmark forbade it due to health concerns) Are you allowed to marry a man and a man? Are people allowed to worship their god? Do journalists have rights the common people have not? etc. etc. Rights should be universal, and we should defend peoples rights even if they are not on our side
