Would anyone who was at a SPAC company care to share their experience there (from before the listing and after)? I am curious what morale was like, leadership was like, and product and engineering efforts were like. (One cynical assumption is that things were to hit certain metrics/targets in order to get the SPAC listed as quickly and as high as possible, for maximum cash out -- which is not unluck other IPOs but many times such companies are to exist for longer and more financially sound so as to make money for longer periods of time...)
