It's interesting to me that previously the consensus considered "the only way is up" with respect to generative models. Now we're seeing performance degradation with GPT, possibly indicating a peak or at least a local maximum. I hope you're all ready with your pumpkin spiced lattes and turkeys because it seems like we're in AI autumn and we all know what comes after that.
