How does it compare to FreePascal ?
- jhbadger 3y agoThis is a traditional P-code compiler, that is it compiles to a virtual machine (Pascal had that long before Java or .NET). Free Pascal is a native-code compiler. Probably for most uses that is preferable, but it is interesting that the Stanford compiler (which has a long lineage dating to the early 1970s) is still runnable on modern operating systems.
