I was under the impression most non-competes were largely unenforceable unless meaningful consideration was given, e.g. in connection with selling shares in the sale of a company
- xcskier56 3y agoEh, after talking with a lawyer about one, meaningfully consideration is not all that meaningful. A couple grand raise for a new non-compete was, at least by his standards, solidly “meaningful consideration”
