Maybe a fire safety violation? I think windows can count as escape routes and probably need to be open able quickly.
- insickness 3y agoThis or someone uses it expecting to keep children safe and a child falls out. Etsy gets sued.
- benatkin 3y agoOr neither is likely to happen but it just isn't Etsy's job to verify that.
