This needs some more context. A 10-k is just a public company’s annual report to shareholders. From perusal of the financial press, there doesn’t appear to be any startling news in it?
- nickff 3y agoLooks like it's just a random post from the creator of the website (boredreading). They seem to post a link to their website about once per week.
