wasmCloud is a WebAssembly platform that runs on an Erlang/OTP runtime (written in Elixir) to expose an Actor model, first of all in Rust, but where Actor implementations are compiled into Wasm compontents. It allows separation of business logic from other infrastructure through "Capabilities", which make use of the Wasm Component Model.
