Surprisingly high levels of artificial radioactive isotopes found in glaciers
- simonblack 3y agoNot surprising at all. Glaciers are merely the cold equivalent of 'boiling-off' weak solutions/suspensions to concentrate the solid components. What is surprising, possibly, is that glaciers' terminal moraines aren't used as a source of economic materials as much as they could be.
