I think y'all may be missing a significant use case. M1 Macs. Some places use only Macs for reasons and m1 is now the only option. But software is still optimized for x86 and emulation is not good enough yet. Not even that it's slow, but some things just don't work. Yeah these cost money, but it works right now.
