- ksherlock 3y agoYou think you're joking ... but... It's healthier (and more fun) to lift a leg while passing gas. Do you let one rip when you're peeing? Of course you do. Therefore it stands to reason that you should lift a leg while peeing. It's probably good for balance training, too.
