Here the state is: - fast chargers: CCS cable is with the charging stations. - many more public chargers (supermarket parking spots, office parking, IKEA) are usually Type 2, I'd say about 90%+ of those don't have cables attached. - home chargers are also usually Type 2 and you either have cable attached permanently or use the same that is in the car.
