Teslas are great cars that just make driving a pleasure. I’m sure for every large sample of any item, there will be some problem ones. It is specifically in these cases, a non trivial number of them are not being handled with more care, more like google customer service. I’m sure a significant part of this is growing pains, scheduling delays in service. I would love for a singular place on the internet where people can start reporting public data about their experiences, in hopes to get more attention to these problems, at least the more common ones.
