  Haha, are you saying it's "weak sauce" to use a tool like this instead of having a salary conversation with your possible employer? I agree that it is a tough convo, but I've definitely been in situations (esp early in my career) where neither side wanted to mention a range first. The goal of this tool is to short circuit that process and let folks know if they are close or far apart without either side revealing specific numbers.
