Talking to customers is not a waste of a developer’s time
- thx-2718 3y ago"Engineers who have regular contact with customers understand the problems they’re solving for their audience." Pretty much any serious engineer in my book ought to be considering how their tool is used by the end person they made it for. That requires communication with them.
- helph67 3y agoAll employees in commercial operations should be advised who is ultimately responsible for the earned profits used in part by the company to provide salaries. Most employees don't realise the connection!
