It was a small part of the post and I think it was explained fairly. It's part of the context, and they don't think it should be ignored. JeanHeyd doesn't have to have mentioned it (or even thought about it) for it to be considered relevant by someone else. The behaviour is disrespectful regardless of colour, yes. But someone's skin colour does influence other people's behaviour.
