I see now that I was wrong. Sorry about that. I went by the Google summary that listed it as "current". It appears 2018 was the last release. It does appear on the Oracle page for it that they are still selling licenses. Which this being Oracle I find plausible. Or the page is misleading, with this being Oracle I find plausible.
