This reminds me of the bookstore "Borders" that used Amazon's tech. to keep from falling behind hoping that it would give them enough time to catch up. It didn't it just made them weaker. If they need Teslas help then they can't compete. They have waited too long to get serious about electric vehicles. I suspect Tesla will surpass Ford and Ford will either disappear or be bought by Tesla. I suspect it will happen within the next 10 years.
