Then negotiate down. He did the same thing with Solar Roof customers when he doubled their price and asked them to sign a new contract even if they had a signed contract. My friend was one of those and he simply refused to sign anything because he knew better but I wonder how many signed the new contract. Eventually they relented and honored the original price but it was disgusting to even have to deal with that.
