That's just silly but I bite. Apart from your email you probably also need to provide proof of payment. It's rather hard to enclose a check in an email.

- jrflowers 3y agoOf course! The proof is in the read receipt! I said it in the email and my landlord agreed that it happened when he clicked on the email! It’s metadata that can’t be faked
