Avocados and other ingredients used keep for long enough to drive them from Mexico to Portland. So not sure that’s a produce issue.
- rcme 3y agoIn Portland, you only get specific types of avocados that can be harvested while still hard and survive the journey. This applies to all types of produce: being transportable is more important than tastiness.
