No issues with my 3 elements, using Android app version 4.14.9. Am in the US.
That doesn't necessarily mean anything.
All their social media seems to have been inactive for quite some time. No blog posts for months. Twitter account may just have been Elon'd.
Their website advertises a sale through June 30.
Probably worth emailing them.
