To me there's 2 opposing forces. AI Hype and really likely recession issues.
- credit tightening
- work from home and rates are killing commercial real estate
- rates are at least slowing down housing
versus the narrative ChatGPT is the greatest productivity enhancer since the internet and some how this tool is does works increase individual productivity and doesn't cause layouts and more pressure on consumer spending.
