How can EB2 be more backed up than EB3 for India? Isn't EB2 more qualified?
- returningfory2 3y agoThere is indeed a mechanism by which you can “downgrade” from EB2 to EB3, but I think there’s lots of complexity and inefficiencies in the system which keep the dates apart.
