- 99_00 3y ago>that's pretty suspicious right there. It seems suspicious to you because you assume it's not standard industry practice. But that assumption is not in evidence. They have the internal communications and this is the most incriminating thing they could come up with?
- nvrmnd 3y agoI have heard from former Twitter employees that this was very much the policy after the Musk takeover there. Nothing is ever put in writing if it can possibly be avoided.

- jasonwatkinspdx 3y agoThere's a wry joke that the e in email stands for indictment. That said, I don't think we should excuse or normalize sociopathic and customer hostile behavior from businesses.
