Show HN: I'm building a newsletter curator called AnyTopic
Hey Everyone - I've been building a service that generates personalized newsletters about anything that you're interested in and I'm looking for some feedback on it! To create a newsletter you've got to enter in a topic and a description of what about that topic you want to get news for, I'll send you a weekly newsletter based on that input and you can adjust how this rates articles by giving feedback in the newsletter.
If it sounds interesting take a look at anytopic.io I'm still in Beta so it's rough around the edges, but it's free to try out!
- vlod 3y agoJust some friendly feedback. On clicking the above link, you get the landing page that says "Signup". Generally I would at least like to preview it before that. I was about to click away, when I clicked the hamburger link (top right) and saw past newsletters. You might want to consider adding a link to the latest 1-3 newsletters on that page to prevent automatic back button clicks. However since you have so many different categories, you might want to think about how you'll do that.
- samwesl 3y agoThat makes a ton of sense, I'll add sample newsletters on that front page today. Thanks for the feedback!
- samwesl 3y agoJust added some rough examples to the homepage for the time being - thanks again for the idea
- XCSme 3y agoI didn't even notice the hamburger link before you mentioned it. I thought hamburger menus are made for mobile, not desktop.
