Even if you just hang onto an old iPhone for a long time (I still use my 6s), these sorts of “smartphone-required” activities become more and more painful every year. I would honestly recommend everyone, especially on this site, use a cheap android or an old iphone from time to time to see what the experiences you’re building are like for the large subset of people who don’t upgrade to the newest iphone every year.
